Nokia RM-697 dead after flash

i got the set in user code condition then i try to flash after flash set dead

its strange

Check BSI on battery.
If it ok - try recover simlock. If recover pass - then need try erase device and reflash.

i checked bsi on battery ok i also try with other battery but still not on
