update dongle error


Hello,

I have been trying to update my dongle since 3 days with no luck, now my best dongle is corrupt and updates keeps failing...


i have installed correct drivers as shown below:




but dongle manager hangs when updating the dongle and then error:

Hello,

Try with another Card-Reader.
Do not use e-gate card-reader

Yes I can see your support ticket in our database but right now its closed with remark "discussion opened in support forum".

Did you contacted to our supporters via e-mail earlier ?

Yes sure once discussion moved to forum and your ticket become closed your future mails will be ignored by ticket system.

so I think you have a reson to explain a problem in details here.

i just changed the reader so i need to update the dongle.

Hello,

I have contacted to server Admins with your Dongle update request but II have got an answer that your account become locked now with reason: too many tries.
Also I have checked support tickets and answers that was given to you by our other supporter and I have found that he have added warning text about this situation in his mails. So I think you have got this warning via e-mail earlier:

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 (three) tries
I will try to discuss it with server Admins but as per my experience - we have to wait now untill lock will be cleared automatically by update system.

Btw, do you remember how many times did you tried to update your Dongle ? Admin told me it was more than 20 (twenty) attempts, itt really looks like an attack but not like a human action.
