1130 spreadtrum chip can't format, can't reset and can't flash
 

the problem was just hang and restarted dialed numbers log place.

i tried to format and it become dead and can't reset.

now i tried to flash it give no error but hang on flashing and can't start the flashing and tried with all baudrates. no luck...
