If the mobile is WORKING Condition, just go to setting and restore the phone using security code, your problem will be solve.

did you check which cpu inside?

Just open the PHONE and find the CPU Type. After that you can connect it with Dragon if supported CPU.

Don't forget to post the Screen Shot of the Dragon connecting windows.
