that is correct-- if phone is dead DOWNLOAD the backup file above posted by thread starter and flash the phone set is alive again use VolcanoUtility_v2.8.2 to flash after that format the phone- note that while formatting,volcano box will browse the file you downloaded select it and its done!!! | |
