How to connect a mobile with GPG box


Hey all
I'm a new user and I want to know how to connect a MTK mobile with GPG box
My mobile is Qmobile m400 which in non android phone .
I tired to connect it with main cable and jig
Box says press and hold power button and I do so then just phone get started and nothing happens .
Could someone please upload a video or screen shot as I'm totally new user.
Setup by setup

First check the com that its right or not. If its right then change the rate from lower and then connect it

Thanks! It's working now .
If I ask you something more do u mint it ? when use COM option ?
My phone working on usb and it's connected via main cable
There are two options
1: Com
2: USB
I have non smart phone and it's connected via GPG 25 pin main cable to jig
And it's working on USB option
Shouldn't it works on com ?

I will never mind it. You can ask friendly.. Anytime

Ok it should work on com butt you must choose the right one. Check the co port from device manager and then connect it with the box. There are many types of same cables and you have to choose right cable among them.

Then it should work properly else there is only one way left that you can do is open the cell phone and connect wires with rx, tx, and gnd point with solder and then do your job.
