do you have Dragon dongle or Box ?
for V2.13 you must have to Dragon Box.
try connect again

but have arvartor box covert . use 3.53c ok

box fimwere is update to 1.65

Hello,
Dragon v2.13 can use only if you have Original GPG Dragon Box (only)
