6800h has already done by dragon many times. Just use Magic Search button for this. May be your COM port is using by another program. Check for this also.

Did not see any screen shot here brother. Could you please post the problem with screen shots that is the Dragon section rule and regulation as you know this.

use 3.11A ver
make sure driver installed properly ...
u can look on device manager ....
some phone need for boot key for conect, usualy need hold * or # button when conect ....
