HI,

Tick Android imei, usb debugging is turned on, No need Boot key click start the phone is switched off and put usb cable.

Driver problem, Uninstall all mtk driver Reınstall Android gadget cdc driver.

Here is the cdc driver,

i try with power on condition but no responce

i try with boot key but not any responce

after i try click start & usb insert in mobilr without battery & after that insert battery than its got processing but imei same still not repair

first remove extra coms if not solve then try to down com

i have china samsung i9500 galaxy s4 with emergecy calls only (No Network) problem.
I have successfully write imei, problem solved after installing cdc driver. thank u bro. nice solution.
