Iwana know whether we have got product supporters or managers my box is dead and no one can help.

hello guys out there i have a problem with my gpg dragon box
first box was working fine and all over a sudden it says
Spd USB-to-Serial not found

itried to un install drivers failed

iformated pc failed

i used another pc failed

now i borrowed dragon from afriend and works perfect and installed spd drivers all work fine

but when iuse my mine it cant work only
Spd USB-to-Serial not found

dont tell me its drivers coz ihave installed drrivers using afriends box i borrowed.

now my box is dead

ineen asolution help me .

iwana know if it is to buy another one i buy

ineed aquik response from gpg dragon team.

box has worked 3 months

we already replay you all possible method to solved the problem if you still face problem then contact to u r reseller if you buy it new
