Is there a problem with HTC codes?
Usually always instant and reliable.
Today I have been waiting for nearly 1 hour and no code

I told my customer it was instant.

I think there was a "glitch" at database end because I requested HTC code from another supplier and there was a 2 hour delay in code coming back from them also.
But all sorted now.
