all is ok except com port

Sir My Boss Bought me a new SELG fusion box which is less than a week in my hands, i have downloaded and installed all drivers well on my two computers, one is running windows 7 and the other running windows xp3. when ever i connect the box to the windows xp3 and i open SeTool software i get this error "SETOOL2 SMARTCARD NOT FOUND". Again when i connect the box to The Computer running windows 7 and i open the setool program it opens alright but in the process of operation (unlocking or flashing), i get this error "LOST CONNECTION WITH SECURITY CARD". Because of this i removed the smart Card from the box and put it into a JAF Pkey to see if it works, it worked on both computer for flashing and unlocking using usb or UFS as interface. please i think there is a problem with the box please help me. Thank you

Mostly Problem of Drives installations
can you post a picture of your box .. clean and Quality images ..
