Dear sir,

I have problem with my avator box when i connected. I just got message "box authorised failed Press box manager tab". So when i go to box manager I'll get 2 choice

1. Registor box
2. Get box authorised

If i choose 1. the message show "box already registered" and can't do anything after that.
If i choose 2. they will show enter password box but i don't know and forgotten password.

Please how can i fix this issue

my Dongle SN : 03378681

Can u send recovery password to e-mail [email protected] or [email protected]

Or do you have any idea for me please let me to know.

This is activation code ,SN is another thing , download avatorbox ver6.305 .
Connect box and see Sn infront of ;open support area button; .
