Thumbs up [.H.E.L.P.] AVATOR Box Problem

Box can't find RX, TX when positif (+) cable plugged to the phone.

So here what already i did it.
1. All attached as usual (TX, RX, GND, +)
2. Press connect/info/read
3. Box didn't find pinout before i unplug so, i unplug the (+)

Of course RX, TX detected but new problem is... phone not boot, can't read nor flash because (+) not connected.

How to fix it? The box short-circuit?. Some information about this maybe fix my problem.

or schematic are welcome

Thank you

Please help....
Connect USB to AvatorBox.
Then...
Clamping Alligator Grip Black and Red in short time.
Then...
Unclamp and Update Box firmware.
