my phone is working but when somebody calls me came to re boot or re-start, but if you used to call it is fine but when i try to software came like this

When i try to back-up cannot, because omb and project id not found but phone working but when they try to call you phone re-start

y me to also having same problem but i already solve if your problem not solve just contact via sonark.

i am sure this is hardware fault. i have solved many times by doing rehot on cpu & flash ic on such occasions.
