Need hep, can't register & authorize box
 

Dear product supporter...
I can't register and authorize my box.

got this message:

Error: S/N: (1002xxxx) is not exist, contact your reseller.

My reseller is YOGYAPONSEL

I never convert my avator to any other box firmware, so the serial is still original.
Please help...

date of purchase:

and wait for answer at max 48 hrs

in indonesian
Kirim email ke: [email protected]

berisi detail sbb:

box SN: serial box
Name: nama ente
reseler name: nama reseller
country: negara ente
date of purchase: tanggal pembelian (ato biarin aja kosong bro, klo lupa)

trus tunggu email balasan dari pihak avator yang berisi kode aktivasi.
paling lambat 48 jam (biasanya paling lama juga 1 jam udah dapat balesan bro)

moga sukses.
