Many time this topic is discussed in forum ,First try to search google or forum to solve problems ,if not get help then post here.any way here is solution ,You can use avatorbox version 6.305 and connect your box .
1-Click on support
2-click on open support area.
3-now you can enter in main support area and restore or change your password.
