customer brouht this cell in dead mode.

so i format,, but its not happing (all boot)

when try reset operation its done,but after rest also cell is not wroking

i manage to arrange 1 same cell read backup and write file to this dead cell but after this procedure same problemm

i guess this is hardware,,,coz when i insert charger to this dead cell it shows charginng
