fenix key smart card
 

ok same story . i just bought fenix key and i try to install.
and now face the problem is smart card not found .
already disable firewall and anti virus .. before my computer is using for setool . but now already change to another computer . now this computer just have fenix key , but the setool driver stll inside this computer . i need to format my computer to continue ? its just show smart card not found
