I have same problem, but I don't know where is the problem
When I making update card show this:
Starting application update process
Checking files...
2 file(s) are not up to date [9 MB]
Downloading Fenix.exe [9 MB]
Socket Error # 11001
Host not found.

my problem with update is solved. But support zone is not working and show me this:
"Service is temporary unavailable"
Pleace help me

I think Fenix Key Support page has stopped or is under construction.
