Phone not in ADB mode

Not got log to show but every time i connect a HTC phone to unlock with PD it always says on PD software " Phone not in ADB mode", nothing else just "Phone not in ADB Mode". Why does it keep doing so? I'm using v1.10.

P.S: Also tried with older v1.08 & v1.09 but same answer?

Yeah, adb drivers are installed as when it unlocked no problem with other unlock tool. Weird cos before had no issues with using Power Dongle, must have installed something more recent which is conflicting with it? Will try on another comp when get chance. Another weird thing is that it works ok with other htc unlock tools which also require adb drivers? Just one of those annoying things. Not in major hurry as have other tools to do job but would be nice to get PD working right again. If you know what it might be, save me some time, would be great. Sorry don't like MSN. Bit old fashioned that way.

Has anyone managed to unlock a new version HTC with new update yet?

i keep getting android drivers not installed and then on next line it says phone not in ADB mode, i have installed and got this working before but had to re-install windows 7, where have i gone wrong, i tried with old drivers and new drivers, i have blue power dongle
