I need EEprom Dump of Neptune to repair a neptune version k12 which i destroyed, trying to unlock it. (Neo program did not help)

I`ve tested on neptune with soft ver 4KGG142A and the unlock code it gives dont work.... it have letters & numbers, any solution for this versions??

i have a neptüne mt250 k9 .it has contakt provider problem but i couldnt use the software from gsm brothers and neo. the phone going on test mode but thats all.can somebody help me. and i couldnt flash it. what did i wrong pls help.

I have the same problem i tried to unlock with tool of Gsm brothers and now its cont.provider,i trird to flash many times but nothing.
If anyone has flash + ee for neptune K09 please mail

but i have the following info : "Protocol problem"

first backup your eeprom.
rewrite eeprom(another good eeprom) and repair with gsmbrothers sw...
it's easy and works 100%.

P.S....for connect try to change baud...

i am trying for days to resolve error that appear a time i run the program, "rtl directory not found: c:\wimdows\system\cvirte not found, Can´t open crvirte, can´t start cvirte.csr"...

maybe i´m, and my brain too, so low ;( it seems symple to resolve but i can´t

anyone help me? thanks in advance.
