Box Medusa Pro smart card stoped "block" [Amswered]


I have a problem with the smart card

Been experimenting smart card CM2 on the box Medusa Pro "no problem"

Been experimenting smart card Medusa Pro on dongle CM2 , EFT , NCK

I tried on three more computers , the same problem
The problem is in the smart card , It is not recognized

Hello.

Please disconnect all other boxes and dongles, then connect only Medusa PRO smart card and launch software again, post here results.

The problem is not in the tariffs
I have been working on the box for more than four years
old pictures

All other boxes and dongles were separated
Only the Medusa PRO smart card is connected


the same problem

Hello, please use other windows system, use windows 10 and send report.
I think have problem your windows sysytem.

No problem with windows system however has been tried on windows 10 and windows 8. On more than one device.

The problem is with the smart card itself


The Medusa Updater software does not recognize the serial number of the smart card private box Medusa Pro



When installing smart card the dongle CM2 on the box Medusa Pro and opening the Medusa Updater, the serial number appears


What is the meaning of this

Maybe your smartcard damaged.
Because medusa updater log written Found 0 card label
