A9 2020 (CPH1937) have UFS Chip,
You can Reset that model with Medusa Pro II,
But u need to remove UFS Chip from Board,
& u need to connect UFS Chip with Box via UFS adapter or via direct Jumpering.

A5 "Device : Hynix eMMC hC8aP"
and A9 2020 is UFS Chip Base phone
Don't even try to use isp pinout on A9 2020, Otherwise your phone will Dead !!!

A5 has cph1933 128Gb UfS can not connect
A9... Cph1938. can connect by isp
