What box do you have?

Try adding 150-300 Ohm resistors between the CMD <-> VCCQ, D0 <-> VCCQ lines as shown here

Try the following settings:

In what condition was the phone, it turned on?

Check that the communication lines CMD, CLK, D0 are not short circuit on GND or power supply.
