Error Server Download /Medusa Pro / Octoplus box [Answered]

I have a problem since days with the server of Octoplus box, I just bought jellyfish and I can not download anything from the support, the error shown is the following:

Please disable antivirus and firewall (if they are running) and try again. Write here the result.

The problem can be also with your Internet connection (some of the necessary ports for connection can be blocked by your ISP). Try to use another Internet connection.

If You still can't download SRFs via "Download *.srf" button in Software, You can download it directly from here: https://www.boot-loader.com/eng/medusapro_free_section, from "!SRF for Medusa PRO software" folder.

Also You can try to download files using the latest version (1.1.9) of Octopus/Octoplus Shell Software (http://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).

Note, after direct downloading of SRFs, You need to install them into Software (press "Install custom model file(s)" button at "Welcome" tab in Medusa Pro Software). As a result, model will appear in Software list after SFR installation.

Same issue with Medusa Pro Box 2.1.5
Now issue is card is not supported for downgrade firmwares like 2.1.2 or 2.1.0 . Too bad
Is there any way to use down firmwares when card is updated to 2.1.5

What are You talking about what kind of downgrade firmwares, etc?

I mean old softwares versions of medusa pro box. For 2.1.5 software version we must need to update card but once the card is updated to use 2.1.5 software we can't use old software versions like 2.1.0 or 2.1.2

This seems a bug in update

It's not a bug, unfortunately, old versions of Softwares aren't available and aren't suitable with new card firmware versions
