"RST_n_Function"

Yours 1st question is the option "RST_n_Enable always disabled."

Answer is: RST_n_Function value set only One time Possible,
if RST_n_Function value already Permanently Enabled then You can't change this value, so here this option is always showing not sellected by Core.

Yours 2nd Question is "Guide me how to use Boot configuration by core option."

Answer is: if RST_n_Function value is Disabled & Need to set value Enabled then just manually write correct EXT_CSD file.

[NOTE: if RST_n_Function value is Enabled on Samsung eMMC then Disable possible after Factory Format (Supported Rev. Only)]
