hello medusa team, i have this phone dead, only open port hsusb 9008
i have tryed whit others tools, the flash is done but keep dead
i seeing y625-u32 and want to know what can i try whit medusa.

Is your phone model Y625-U43 or y625-u32? If Y625-u32 - at the Support Area there present SRF (Smart Repair File) "HUAWEI_Y625-U32_USB_BY_REBAINOOR.srf" for Huawei Y625-U32, uploaded by mr. Rebainoor. You can try to repair your device using this SFR and post here the result.

Do not make full erase, just try only write or do "Smart Repair".

omg i cant find this srf...can u help to me how to do all of it?

You can download SRF via "Download *.srf" button in Software ("USER UPLOADED SRF/HUAWEI/Y625-U32" folder of the Support Area).


To repair phone via USB, do the following:

1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Download and install SRF from the Support Area.
3. Select "USB" Interface in Software.
4. Select Huawei Y625-U32 in the Software list (it will appear in the list after installation of proper SRF).
5. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC.
6. Press "Connect" button in Software to connect the device.
7. When device will be connected, do "Smart Repair" ("Smart Repair" button in Software).
8. Post here full Software log and say the result.

your phone model is y625-u43 do not try to repaire with y625-u32 this 2 phone is not same ATTENNNTION!

ok....anyway when i try to repair the phone disconect automaticaly...i w8 for u help
