I connected test point from 1 to 2 described as in picture but its wont go in EDL mode.
When I connect usb with PC then suddenly white light blinking beside of the front camera.

Is it board completely dead or ........... ?

Hello.

Well it's can be some HW issue, check for shorts all the board.

In general checking with meter reading prob from one side is 1 and from other side is 473.

First make tespoint then connect usb cable already connected with PC and check for EDL mode
