Hello easy way to find out is go to pdadb.net and enter the phone name.... Then look at the chipset /cpu.
After that you can go in Medusa Pro, select USB... And look at supported chipsets and loaders .

Hello.

Yes, LG H811 is based on MSM8992 CPU. You can try to repair it via USB by the next way:

1. Download and install the latest version of Medusa Pro Software (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Select "USB" option in Software.
3. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
4. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8992"
5. Select "Loader: QLoader_v1".
6. Connect phone to PC in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode. If necessary, use Test Point and install Qualcomm driver.
7. Press "Connect" button in Software.
8. If device will be connected successfully, try to make Factory Repair using the latest original LG firmware for this device.

Note, that there are two USB loaders for Qualcomm MSM8992 in Software. If phone will not connected with "QLoader_v1" loader, try to connect the phone using the second loader "QLoader_v2".

Also note, that repairing of this phone is supported via eMMC (ISP):
