As You can see from your Software log, You have not connected the device correctly or eMMC has HW problems - eMMC size (capacity) can't be 80.00 GB:
Quote:
Size : 80.00 GB (81920.00 MB)
also the next sizes are incorrect:
Quote:
Erase block size : 98304 Kbytes
Boot1 size : 25088 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 25088 Kbytes
RPMB size : 24576 Kbytes
Try to re-solder eMMC wires, make each of them as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to connect again. Try to connect the device with different Bus speed values and higher (try 2.0-2.2V) Voltage level. If the problem is still the same, probably, eMMC has HW issue(s).

When You will connect the device correctly, try to do the following:

1. Connect the device, select "Boot Area Partition 1" option, press "Write" button, select ROM2 dump file and write it.
2. Reconnect the device, select "Boot Area Partition 2" option, press "Write" button, select ROM3 dump file and write it.
3. Reconnect the device, select "Full" option (on "User Data Area"), press "Write" button, select ROM1 dump file and write it.
