Hello.

Have You installed proper Medusa Pro Box driver? What device appear in Windows Device Manager, when You connect Medusa Pro Box to PC? Connect the Box to PC and post here screnshot of Device Manager with device, that appear.

When You connect Box to PC, the new device should appear in "libusb-win32 devices" section, like here:

If new device doesn't appear, probably, your Box have HW problem. Please contact us to Skype on Monday, we will check remotely via Team Viewer and try to help You.
