Downgrade may lead to phone damage!

Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged.
Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs.
To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices).
You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing!

Hello.

This is Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 MSM8909v2 mobile and cannot connect with medusa pro please help me and give any solution
Currently we have only these USB Qualcomm loaders for MSM8909 which are present in Software. If they are not compatible for your phone (if You can't connect the phone using each of these loaders), You can try to repair it via eMMC. Unfortunately some necessary pins for eMMC (ISP) connection are not present on phone's PCB, so it is necessary to remove eMMC chip from PCB for programming (repairing). Currently no other solution.

At first, de-solder (remove) eMMC from the device's PCB, connect it and then, when connection will be successfull, do "Factotry Repair" using the latest original LG filware for this phone model (in "*.dz", "*.kdz" or "*.tot" format).

To connect eMMC, You can solder eMMC wires directly to eMMC chip or use proper adapter.

To do "Factory Repair" (flash original LG firmware in "*.tot", "*.dz" or "*.kdz" format), do the following:

1. Connect the device.
2. Go to "Factory repair" tab in Software.
3. Press "Repair LG devices using factory files ("*.tot", "*.dz", "*.kdz")" button.
5. Select original LG firmware.
4. Press "Write partitions" button.

Note: You should use the same or higher firmware version, that was in the phone before downgrading.

Unfortunately, not all of necessary pins for eMMC (ISP) connection are present on this phone's PCB, so it is necessary to remove eMMC chip from PCB for repairing (programming). If You have good experience, You can try to repair these phones by this way.
