LG 815 trying to conect with medusa usb give error

Hi team when i m trying to connect phone i get this error
what to do?

When I use Emmc I get this error and software shutdown by it self what to do

My connection also ok this is h811 connecting same error why I get this error is it my box have problem?

Re-check your pinout some time show this error for bad or short pinout

Hi I try 2 phone u can see h815 and h811 both giving me same error
Pin out is all good no shorting
When I don't connect phone software tuning proper soon as I connect phone with emmc and press connect phone it showing cars not found and software shutdown

last time i solve this problem with recheck and re-soldering pinout or wait for medusa team for correct answer

Hello.

1. USB connection.

As You can see from your Software log, USB Qualcomm MSM8992 loader "QLoader_v1" is not compatible (not suitable) with your phone:

Core : Qualcomm MSM8992
Loader : QLoader_v1

...Loader is not suitable for this device.

There are two USB loaders for Qualcomm MSM8992 in Software. Try to connect the phone using the second loader "QLoader_v2":

1. Select "USB" option in Software.
2. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
3. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8992"
4. Select "Loader: QLoader_v2".

Please note, that loaders can be not suitable for connecting the device. This depends on device CPU bootrom revision. Some devices (the same models) can be connected using loaders from Software and some аrе not connected, for example:

1. eMMC connection.

No Smart-Card found

Such error can occur, if You have soldered some of eMMC wires incorrectly or there present shorts on PCB. Please check soldering of all eMMC wires and try to connect the device again.
