[Help] LG D295 is now failed

hello sir, I need help for this device LG D295. when my first attempt to repair the boot loader of the device, it was successful and I was able to put into fastboot mode but during writing firmware via Octopus LG tool. I failed on writing firmware data that result into deadboot again. here is the log of bootloader repair via medusa at first attempt.

Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, there was an error with writing data:
Quote:

Write verification error 1. Possible reasons: damaged or write protected eMMC.
Disconnected.
This error means that device has HW issue (damaged or write protected eMMC) and Software can't write data to device. If you had investigated this issue more thouroughly you may have discovered that on many Hynix eMMC chips there is a bug with write protection (probably manufacturer's feature for saving device/user data). Currently for such devices only solution is a chip replacement.
