please team what could be the problem i have phone connected by isp but has failed to connect at all

its not connection problem because with same connections phone is detected and works fine with another box
disconnect from the other box to medusa and not detect adapter is already modified

I have the same problem in other boxes it works perfectly and it has a connection in a Samsung g988b, in this one, making the modifications gives connections in some devices and in others it doesn't
