Hello.

Please check soldering of all necessary wires, press "Connect" button in Software, connect device to Box and power it on. Use fully charged battery and/or USB cable.

Please check soldering of all wires, most likely, some of wires were soldered incorrectly. Do each wire as short as possible (max 3-5 CM length) and try to connect again.

We have tried to connect our GT-S5750E and there no any problems with connecting:

Most likely You have soldered some wires incorrectly. Check soldering each wire and try to connect the device again.

To connect the device do the following:

1. Select (set) Medusa Pro Software settings as in the screenshot above.
2. Insert (connect) fully charged battery into the phone.
3. Plug (connect) device to Medusa Pro Box.
4. Connect USB cable to the phone.
5. Press "Connect" button in Software.

Most likely, your device has HW issue (problem with flash chip). If possible, try to replace it and do repairing again.

Also You can try to do erase Full flash and then do "Factory Repair" again and r-flash the phone with the latest firmware version.
