Connect the phone with Test Point, without battery. Check whether device appears in PC Device Manager. 5. Release test point and press "Connect" button in Software. Post here Software log of "Connect" operation. 5. |

Member: 2014671 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | Here is the log with Medusa PRO Software: Welcome to Medusa Pro Software. Started. Reader #0: Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader 0 USB interface selected. Connecting... USB interface selected. Connecting... USB interface selected. Connecting... USB interface selected. Connecting... USB interface selected. Connecting... USB interface selected. Connecting... The phone turn off then turn on several time during connection. I do not need to do the testpoint procedure, because when I connect the usb cable the phone automatically install the qualcomm hs-usb driver. Is that a problem? |

Member: 2014671 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | The driver that shows in device manager: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 I used the same driver to repair boot on other phones, so I think that my driver is correct. |

Member: 1538383 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 3,398 | Try to connect device with fully charged battery and without battery. Try to connect it to different motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important). Is this will not help - most likely, this is HW problem. |
