Please do the next:
1. Install Medusa PRO Software.
2. Go to "Custom Settings" tab.
3. Select "Qualcomm MSM8225" Device.
4. Connect the phone with Test Point, without battery. Check whether device appears in PC Device Manager.
5. Release test point and press "Connect" button in Software.

Post here Software log of "Connect" operation.
5.

The phone turn off then turn on several time during connection.

I do not need to do the testpoint procedure, because when I connect the usb cable the phone automatically install the qualcomm hs-usb driver.
Is that a problem?

The problem can be with incorrect driver. What Qualcomm device exactly appears in PC Device Manager and which driver You have installed for it exactly?

The driver that shows in device manager:
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008

I used the same driver to repair boot on other phones, so I think that my driver is correct.

Try to connect device with fully charged battery and without battery. Try to connect it to different motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important). Is this will not help - most likely, this is HW problem.
