After write firmware userdata got 0B.How to repair userdata?
Also how to write all rawprogram at once with repartition?

Before wrting the firmware according to the vendor, you need to split the UFS flash. The best way is to execute "Save descriptors" (UFS Service tab) from the original flash drive from this phone and write them to the new UFS flash "Write Config descriptor" (UFS Service tab). Then you can write the firmware.

Another way to split UFS flash is the "Distribute ufs storage" function (UFS Service tab) - but when splitting in this way, you need to know and understand the parameters to set for each of the partitions.

I don't need change or something to do uFS.I just need write firmware.Also today another UFS got break,Redmi Note 9 pro

Correct.Qualcomm section is trash.There is no even reparation
Also I have made backup from working phone’s UFS and flashed to dead UFS but no difference.
