S22 (S901U) ISP Connection Issue Help

I have a S901U i am working on via ISP Connection. I have been able to connect to the phone a few times and was able to make backups . Then all of a sudden , now when i try and connect I get the following ,

Get Measurements error. Reloading...
Disconnected.

Im not sure if it is just medusa unstable with the device via isp or if there is someting Im missing to solve this.

Below is full lock from one of the connection attempts that was not successful.
