If eMMC Not Damaged then You Need to Check Next...

Check DATA0 line...
Change Jumper Wires & Re-make ISP Connection with New Jumper Wires.

Try Voltage 1.8v to 2.8v maximum (if VCC & VCCQ connected from BOX)
Try Bus Speed Auto to Manually One by One
