Question Samsung Galaxy Tab Sprint SPH-P100 eMMc flash density = 0 Mb

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab Sprint SPH-P100 with freeze on glowing Samsung logo.
When go into recovery mode, got this error :

Code:
# MANUAL MODE #
E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
(no such file or directory)
E:Can't mount CACHE:log/recovery.log
E:Can't open CACHE:log/recovery.log
E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
(no such file or directory)
Odin flashing done and tried with many version of rom, but problem still remain.
Repair boot, write full dump, problem still remain.

Connect phone with S5PC110_eMMc selected, flash id detected but flash density = 0 Mb
Screenshoot :

So any suggestion...??
- eMMc chip failure..???
- eMMc partition problem..??

I have had P100 in my hand before and even readed out eMMC dump but i think either your eMMC is different or it is damaged can you post the picture of hardware here for reference .?

And looking at the picture there is MBR damaged awhich means the disk is not formatted or damaged by physical .

We can try to repair by writing a good eMMC dump but first of all we should solve the issues with the eMMC detection .

Please post the hardware details

Best Regards
Oz

ID is detected as corrupted ID and it does not belongs to SD [ San disk ] 2GB Disk ,
Probably it is damaged by hardware .

In case of damaged eMMC

Option 1 : You can change/replace the eMMC
Option 2 : http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f606...7/#post8387413

Thanks to Dimebagsm he showed me above link and i have no idea whether it would work it is about stop using internal sd card and use external sd card as a disk , maybe it works.

Best Regards
Oz.
