Just few days before bought ***** box and i have htc one m8 US SPRINT cdma and gsm model...please some expert help me how to unlock this phone..below are the details

First Make S-OFF Phone and Try again Wtih ***** unlock.

steps : 1. unlock bootloader
2. root
3.s-off
4.change cid
5.unlock
am i write ??? please correct me if im wrong and please give rooting guide for this phone.

1. unlock bootloader > Welcome to HTCdev
2. root > install cwm and install supersu vie sdcard.
3.s-off > connect powered on phone with usb debug and do s-off with *****.
4.change cid > no need for unlock.
5.unlock > do hboot simlock with *****.

Finally i managed to UNLOCKED

Players & Scores:

1.Bootloader Unlock
Htcdev. com = 1
***** = 0

2. Rooting & Recovery
One_M8_All-In-One_Kit_v2.0 = 1
***** = 0

3. S-off
Firewater. com = 1
***** = 0

4. Hboot sim unlock for GSM
XDA Guide = 1
***** = 0


Note : Box support still need some one who is good in htc.

tried with firewater but got this error bro ..

whelp, this *****, firewater can not work on your device
no amount of reflashing, retrying, or ruuing will fix...
DO NOT COME TO IRC ASKING FOR UPDATES OR ETAS!!!!!!
if we are able to fix this issue, it will be announced
bye bye.....sorry it didn't work out.

is there any other method to get S-OFF for this device ..
and don't tell me about sunshine .. i know about them ..
