i cant to download the driver, what happen

Even after fallowing the exact steps i still can't have permanent stability of the dongle ... in order to power it up and not recive "Smartcard initerror" i need to uninstall the reinstall the drivers(device manager->uninstall USB Token Holder and device manager -> uninstall USB Token device ) EACH TIME I REBOOT(windows XP x32 on a laptop with dual-boot, Win 7 x64 and Win XP x32). I couldn't install it under win 7 x64 under any circumstances


What shall i do in order to run smooth this software? How dangerous is this procedure (install/uninstall) for unlocking or firmware up-grade

i have tried on 2 laptop's both the same problem BUT i have went today to friend how has a GSM service (=> a lot of dongles and boxs) and he didn't have this problem (no dirver instalation was need ). He (the guy with the service) didn't have this problem so i still think that this is a driver issue
One more thing ! to run the software i need to start it twice ! first the logo blinks and thats all and second time the logo is present for no longer then 10 seconds and after that the software is runing smooth with no problems

its just Drivers problems nothing else please try this
Remove all unwanted Drivers , Download and install GPGuniDrivers2.0 and tell me results

ok i will try that. but why don't you put drivers in .rar file so we cold now exacly what drivers are for certain device

did it same thing ! I will try and instal it on a desktop and see what happends

when starting HTCDSNReader User v1.00.exe
can´t read the dongle serial...
deinstall all install new time about 4 hours the same problem..

help just purchased dongle when i copy and paste dongle serial readed by thedongle reader and click register it gives me error invalid serial

can someone post a direct download link for the dongle driver? I have subscribed to the ********** news but do not have any link for download. I just want to use my dongle, but now i have to hunt/wait for a driver :mad:

Just confirming that this works with windows 7 64bit! if you get error with smart card reader. Install univ drivers, goto device manager and uninstall smartcard reader with ! next to it....then in device manager "scan for hardware changes" and everything should install correctly! thank you GPG for making a kick-*** piece of hardware!!

i just received my hxc dongle and registered it everything is successfully but when i open the suit nothing highlited and at the button left end is saying DONGLE NOT REGISTERED. I need help please.

Check your flex please it's bust flex problem,you flex not communicate with phone.
