Show us error that you have got while doing operation. Need screen shorts along with problem, model etc.

If you want to do factory unlock, then, follow the operation

1. Use *****/Z3x/ZPT etc Port to the Device
2. Uart 3303k Cable
3. Your Mobile Setting
USB CP/AP ----------------------> AP
USB Setting --------------------> MTP+ADB

And also check, how other does for this/that models just typing the help with GOOGLE UNCLE
