i bought a month ago and this tool, i have not been able to use, this gives me error, dongle not found, status not completed.

we can solve by installing these drivers (attached)

eh already installed these drivers a million times and do not solve the problem,

the error is presented both as windows 7 windows xp without antivirus installed both two ...

I'm desperate, I see that the tool is moving and I can not take any of your kindness .. I'm coming for two months in this issue ... help please

if dongle driver is ok,then you should contact to you reseller.
