Question red Light problem 9930

Hello friends I can not get to work this 9930. I have made all the steps.

1. nuke
2. wipe
3. load MFI
4. load SFI and APP
5. Load rappinds

NO LUCK. The phone turns on red light and then the watch apears for a few seconds than it does all over again. I can not read info at any time of the process. I can only read boot rom info.

PS: I have tried apploader before and just wont get past JVM
