By mistake I forgot to disconnect the easy while making an isp connection and two cables collided now it does not turn on and heats up the part where the chip is, can it be repaired or replaced?

better to buy new or used one if you replace that ic you need to program it to work with easy jtag as it has serial number and i think only them can program it..maybe they will help you but i think you need to send the box to them
