I need guidance how to deal with this, phone has password, no factory reset no download mode.

Hello mate ,
A505F Carries ufs storage so u need ufs adapter to connect to connect to jtag interface . If you have ufs adapter then disasemble your phone , make isp pinout and do full wipe data with EFM.
Make your sure you make proper back up before doing any operations .
