i try firmware upgrade but everytime giving error

now old setup also not work

1) latest driver is present at EasyJTAG directory
2) card reader not present at device manager while Box at Upgrade mode

post screen of Device manager and info about EasyJTAG box driver

I was say:

1) latest driver is present at EasyJTAG directory

Z3X/Easy_Jtag/Drivers/EasyJTAG_V1 - for old box
Z3X/Easy_Jtag/Drivers/EasyJTAG_V2 - for Plus box

for some windows you need enable test mode for run "EasyJTAG Update port driver"


you need enable test mode and disable after, if you like

The test mode appears on your Windows desktop when there is an application installed that is in the test phase since it uses drivers that are not digitally signed by Microsoft.

You can disable this by following the steps below:

Swipe in from the right, click or tap Search, and then type cmd. Alternatively, type cmd on the Start screen.
Tap-and-hold or right-click Command Prompt in the search results. Select Run as administrator on the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you are prompted by a User Account Control window, tap or click Yes.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following command, and then press Enter: bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
After you see the confirmation, close the Command Prompt window.
Save any unsaved work, and then restart the computer.

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

commands to disable:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
